Meet Nune

Founder of Frisson Crochet

Nune is a Stepanakert-born artisan and entrepreneur who spent decades building a small business after she lost her husband. Following her forced displacement from Artsakh in 2023 and the loss of her store, Nune rebuilt her life in Armenia, drawing on skills passed down from her mother to found Frisson Crochet.

Through her handmade clothing and bags, she expresses both creativity and perseverance—crafting pieces that carry warmth, memory, and hope for the future. She is the proud grandmother of four.
